Digital Product Refund Policy
Mic’d Up Money Reloaded toolkits, playbooks, workbooks, assessments, templates, and other downloadable resources are digital products. Because digital access or download delivery is provided immediately after purchase, sales are generally final and nonrefundable once access or a download link has been issued.
Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, failure to receive the purchased file, a corrupted or unusable file that we cannot replace, an incorrect product delivered, or when a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
